HFL reviews your inventory, markets items you approve, coordinates a first viewing, and prepares a quote for your approval. The listing fee is CAD $1,000 and commission is 20% of a completed sale. The buyer's 20% deposit is held by HFL and applied to commission on completion; the buyer pays the remaining 80% directly to the seller.
After the deposit is received, the buyer and seller handle the remaining payment, loading, removal, and pickup directly.
